Psychotherapy is a general term for treating mental health problems by a psychologist or other mental health provider. During Psychotherapy, the patient learn about their condition, feelings, thoughts and behavior. Psychotherapy helps to learn how to take control of life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.
